Our committment to putting an excellent cup into your hands starts with choosing from the best coffees available in the world throurgh working with our coffee roasters. This work continues with extensive staff training on how the coffee gets from the farm to the store combined with thourough and ongoing training in cutting edge barista technical skills, freshness standards, and the role of the barista in the community coffeehouse.
